    I have a question. I am staying around 20g of carbs a day for keto. But I eat like a tbsp of noodles or tortilla, and still make sure that my carbs are under 20g. Is there a restriction on what kind of carbs I can eat? Or all that matters is that I stay about 20g of carbs? I hope someone can answer me.
    I also count calories around 1067Cal a day, and I only have around 50 to 80g of fat, and about half of that for protein. Is that a good ratio?
