    Yes, please show us your smoothie prep. I work full time and I have baby number 2 on the way. I feel like smoothies are going to be my new best friend. Prepping the night before would totally help.

  2. I sometimes don't know if I should laugh or cry when people point out their diet is "gluten-free". Seriously, what could possibly be harmful about gluten for the general population? Of course there are people with special diseases who have to avoid it. But for the rest of us it's just a waste of time, energy and especially money.
