  1. I recently google to find out much more about this paleo plan I learned about via a friend who just drop a whopping 13 pounds! You will see it by yourself by visiting Google and seeking for “loso shocking plan”. They`ve got a lot of tasty-looking recipes I`m fired up to try.

    Looks yummy!!
A little tip for your cashew cream … start off with as little liquid as possible – this helps it blend smoother, quicker. Once it's totally smooth, then add the rest of the liquid. 🙂 🙂 That's how I do my homemade almond milk (recipe on my channel) and it turns out so smooth.
The channel "Annie's Simple Life" has a "paleo oatmeal" recipe where she uses bananas … I followed her recipe but used mashed sweet potato instead (I do not eat bananas) and it was DELICIOUS! I thought of it when I saw your sweet potatoes.
I've been looking for a good chia pudding recipe – I'll give yours a try, thanks!
    Have a wonderful day! -Joanne

I will definitely be trying the Chia Seed pudding. It seems like something i can throw into a mason jar and easily transport on my way to work.
