Rubbing my hands in glee. I've missed you. Thought I unsubscibed in error. Glad you're back. Thanks for the delish recipes. We've entered Spring so it'll be just perfect. Thanks.

  10. You may have a video concerning this but what is your take on the keto diet?? I tend to believe that in the long run clean eating of whole foods such as the recipes you offer are better in the long run and gives our bodies a well rounded vitamin intake. It seems that in the longrun the keto diet would leave one vitamin deficient even though fat is lost. Please can you give your opinion on this thru email or thru a video. Thank you so very much. My email is murphyapril98@yahoo.com

  11. I made a chicken salad just by using everything I had in my fridge once, and it was amazing! I used rotisserie chicken, lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, whole grain mustard, greek yoghurt, salt, pepper & garlic powder.

  12. Hey Dani I love the thought of the spicey salad .Being in Australia we are not big on buffalo sauce .Do you have a receipe or throw out some brands that I could shop on line for.By the way love your Turkey and zucchini meal in a flash. Sooooo good my PT has me on a low carb diet and this fit in perfectly.

  13. Lmao. "No, you don't like that one?" Too funny! <3 The look on your face let us know you didn't even like that one. I love how real you are!

Hii Danny they look delicious but I'll have to veganize them with tofu. The buffalo chicken style we could use smoked tofu.

  15. Sounds yummy to me. I think I will try the Italian one first. Coincidentally, I just finished eating a baked chicken thigh from one of your recipes for lunch. Keep up the good work!

  16. I enjoy the tang of miracle whip…can I just add paprika or other seasonings to the primal kitchen mayo to create that zip?

  17. Thanks for sharing. After a vegan lifestyle about literally killing me, I'm looking for recipes of healthy real food. Looks very good!

  18. Great recipes! When I make a chicken or egg salad, I will use mayo as a base and then add a bit of Dijon mustard to it. It gives it a nice flavor with a kick and cuts back on heavy based mayo.

  19. All three of these look great! I love Chicken salad and the buffalo style sounds like the most tempting! Do you have a recipe for homemade mayo for those that have problems with inflammation?

  20. Yum ….. I always put sliced almonds in my chicken salad as I love all the crunch. I eat mine with Flackers, which is a flax cracker, and it’s so good. I cannot wait to try the other 2 recipes and I’m definitely going to try the mayo you spoke of. Great recipes! Thank you.
