    hi vicky i started this diet from yesterday it was awesome feel light
    At Breakfast 2 salad sandwich including brownbread kakri tomato and pudina chutney with apple and Green tea

    at Lunch oats with curd just like you suggest and apple and orange AMD Green tea
    At evening on 7:30 boli chana with onion and tomato lil salt and aam chur with Green tea

    at Dinner i used to eat plain Dal.
    is it ok ??
    10 mins treadmil and 30 mims Gym
    plz Suggest

  4. Hi Vicky, me and my wife committed to this diet plant, including a walking schedule of 20 minutes a day.. four weeks before our marriage day i lost 12kg's and my wife 8 kg's. We sincerely say thank you for this advice.

    Although we love our meat this was the best thing we ever committed to.

  7. hii versatile Vicky I m very busy so for that I cannot cook for me and in my home my momi only gives me plain rice in lunch. and in my brakfast and dinner i take oats and roti.my weight is 70 kg. so please suggests me how to loose my weight and how can I take a better healthy lunch. please suggests me how can I loose 4 to 5 kg in a month as per my daily eating basis.

  12. hey vicky im not a vegan nor a vegeterian but i really love the ingredients in the diet plan but i wanted to ask you whether i can add eggs to this diet and when and where should i add it? because im sure i wont be able to stay without eggs and i prefer this diet plan than the other one which includes only eggs apples oats and greentea. hope to see you reply to this

  14. hi Vicky ur diet are giving wonderful result I combined this diet plan along with detox water and fat cutter tea along with mild workout of half an hour and 2 -3 liters of water. Results are unbelievable been following this for three days and I lost around 3 kg planning to follow for another 12 days will update the results. most important thing about this diet is its keeps me full of energy I am no more exhausted. your awesome.

  17. can i have nutri salad ( soya chunks+ tomatoes + onions+ coriander + olive oil + salt) instead of sweet potato? coz they are not available in this season
    nd mam can i have ur flat belly diet drink with this plan?

  18. hello mam have also the same question in this season its very difficult to get the sweet potato and mam as I m working in office and I have to leave from home by 9.30 so i m not able to eat together at one time so ans should I take black chana after 7.pm and pls let is know the timing that at what time we can take all the things means breakfast lunch snack dinner
