  1. Your recipe will definatly replace mine! I cant believe you still have kiwis left from the orchards! I'll use organic palm sugar and will use pumpkin seeds since I dont have musk melon seeds at home. I might make a batch with (72%) dark chocolate chips for my hubby also. we eat those with fresh fruits in curds or yogurt, it really is a good snack! oh and by the way Nisa, I think i'll add in a handfull of chia seeds and why not, a handfull of flax seeds also, what do you think?     I would appreciate if you make a separate video on how to sun dry fruits!
    dried kiwi in this vid looked really great.
    also suggest if other fruits could be dried in the same manner if bought in bulk.

    i wonder how those dried muskmelon seeds taste with the outer layer on! do they turn crisp wen dried? r they even chewable?
