  1. You should quit caffeine if you are experiencing negative thoughts about people/society/life in general/depression or lack of motivation to live live day to day. I recommend the book Caffeine blues by Stephen Cherniske. Caffeine can cause mental illness in many individuals without them knowing it. Caffeine withdraw can include nightmares. I say this because I recognize the symptoms in this video and the effort it takes for you to speak. I am in my last year of a Neuroscience degree.Good luck!

  2. Humus vs avocado. We need experiment with one person trying to survive on just avocados and the other trying to survive just on Chickpeas. Who ever lives longest and healthiest is the winner.

    I bought the Hellman’s vegan mayo a few weeks ago for the first time and I think is the best mayo! (although is not the most healthiest) 😁
