Thanks for the recipes! My almost 4 year old is in the 5th percentile, so I know what you mean! He used to be less than the 3rd percentile. So, he's growing little by little :). Drake does not come across that little in your videos!

  2. All of my kids love when take a couple of cans of stewed tomatoes, blend it up really well. Pour it over hot angel hair pasta ( no need to heat up the sauce) and then add lots of Parmesan cheese and mix. I use the organic canned tomatoes from Costco. It's simple but there is lots of calories in it. My youngest is super skinny and a picky eater and so is my oldest. My 11yr old is not picky at all thank goodness. My kids also seem to be more willing to eat when it is their idea for dinner. If my youngest is not eating well then we let her pick dinner and no matter what it is we eat it. It's usually hot dog, chips, and cottage cheese lol but that one meal usually gets her appetite to kick back in and pulls her out of one of those times where she isn't eating a lot. It's like her reset meal lol. My oldest his reset meal is usually chicken enchiladas in red sauce with lots of cheese and sour cream on top. I'm not a fan of hot dogs but something about having that favorite meal wakes up the appetite.

  3. Awesome!! I am definitely making the bananas!

Have you ever come across sprinkles without artificial coloring? I'm on the hunt for some.

My kids were going crazy running around the house burning up energy since it is rainy out today. As soon as they saw the banana and sprinkles they immediately sat down and whatched the rest of the clip. They want to try all of them. I love these recipes since my kids are all thin and very energetic. ? Thank you for sharing.

  5. These all look amazing! I'm definitely trying those banana pops. Do your kids like the unsweetened greek yogurt or do the sprinkles do a lot for the sweetness? To me it tastes a lot like sour cream so I would think to add a pinch of stevia or something but that's just me haha.

  6. when you say kids.. how long do you think itll be until you start including his and she his kids lunchbox videos

  7. have you thought about something a bit more serious ….like an allergy. Being backed up….could be a lactose, dairy, or wheat sensitivity?? just a suggestion.

  8. Super helpful!! My almost 3 year old is itty bitty as well, so we're trying a few new things to fatten her up a bit! We've tried this "shake" for the past 3 days and she really likes it. It's just the base, but we add avocado to it as well and sweeten it just a bit! You could add so many fun things.

1 cup milk, 1/4 cup yogurt, 2 tbs almond butter.

  9. Love this! Griffin is super tiny too and I always struggle with my worry regarding his weight and getting him to gain weight! I'm going to make him these treats ASAP!

  10. I used to be THE pickiest eater when I was smaller, all I ate was rice, peanut butter and carrots. It didn´t wear off until my later teen years but now finally at 21 I eat most things. But still, I only have carrots for breakfast.

Am going through this with my one-year old toddler. While she is high on the general curve, she dropped some weight when she should have gained or at least held steady. I just wanted to mention that instead of PediaSure, we use PediaSmart and feel a little better about that.

  12. Great video. My son is on the 9th Centile and is 4.5 years. He too goes through fazes of not eating so this is fab. I'll be trying all of these. Thank you
