  1. Well I think I want to come and eat at your house this week; this sounds really good. I might just have to try some of your suggestions. I noticed that you use avocado oil and mayo. Are they better than olive oil? Would you use avocado oil in a vinaigrette?

  4. Thank you Dani for sharing these recipes with us. I am getting my things together to make the unstuffed pepper skillet. Also want to make the Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies but I wanted to know where you get the erythritol and what brand? Both my mother and daughter are diabetic and really need something good for treats. Your recipe for the Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies looks like a really good one. Again thank you for all of the recipes you share. Oh the Roasted Butternut Squash for breakfast is one I will for sure be making for my daughter at breakfast. And maybe for her lunch with out the egg. 🙂

  5. Dani, all of your recipes look really delicious! I do have a couple of questions though. First, for the unstuffed pepper skillet, I can't have anything with tomato in it as I have pretty bad reflux. Is there something you could suggest as a substitute? My second question is, what size canning jar did you use for the cookies? I really like the idea of using those for storage. Overall they're cheaper than buying a "regular" cookie jar etc. I've used them for years at Christmas time. I make hot cocoa mix & chai tea mix for gifts & the canning jars are perfect for these. Thanks for the great recipes!

  7. Can you do a video on controlling sugar cravings and healthy eating when nursing a baby who still isn't sleeping through the night? (So I'm severely lacking sleep plus have the 'nursing mom' hunger!) I can't seem to stop the random binges on granola bars or chocolate chips etc etc! I'm also starting short 20 minute workouts everyday and that seems to be spiking my hunger even more!

It's such a long time I've been looking for a meal prep for 4 (assuming you have a husband too).. well I'm French speaker but I think I can easily say that I get by enough with English to understand and reproduce your so inspiring recipes.
