  2. Instead of a cornstarch slurry, you should try using arrowroot! It's a lot healthier than cornstarch and tastes exactly the same 🙂

    Any tips on how to keep the noodles from clumping together? I've tried using them in pad Thai recipies but it's always hard trying to get the other ingredients mixed in.
