  2. So I'm pretty new to Keto and I just made the whipped chocolate recipe, and whoooaa is that bitter. I've got to get used to this. I'm having a hard time even tasting the chocolate.
    Tell me this gets easier?

  5. I make a mousse with 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Pop it on my ninja and 30 seconds later its delicious.

  6. I have a "fluff" as well. It's my obsession. I never get tired of it. Been making it for several years now. No cream cheese though…but SUPER dense and fluffy immediately after you're done whipping. (My trick: I use an immersion wand hand mixer.) I am intrigued by the addition of the cream cheese, however. I will definitely have to try it out. Thank s for the video.

  12. quick tiramisu. Use left over keto sponge cake (I used Mega's olive oil cake) sub mascarpone in for cream cheese in the fluff recipe, save cocaoa poweder for the top. yum yum

  13. So I made the chocolate fluff. Loved it and added my own spin today thought I'd share cause I love it even more. Same way you made the chocolate add 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, and a dash of vanilla. Oh my word. Closest thing to a Reeses I have had in months. Love you guys keep up the awesome videos.
