  5. Is there a good substitute for the hemp hearts? Or possibly adding more of one of the other seeds? Theyโ€™re crazy expensive in my area.

  6. You don't need to add water to sweet potatoes they sweat like crazy and taste so much better if you cook it on slow-medium temperature.

    I will try the super seed oatmeal muffin and chicken egg salad meal prep for breakfast. Can I use the chicken instead of steak?

    O my gosh. I realy like these recipes. But I really could not eat this for breakfast !! To me this is diner. Not even lunch. I dont undetstand how you Americains can eat this in the morning. Esp sausage , egg and turkey pffff. Oatmeal muffins okay, for lunch please

    I don't have applesauce nor maple syrup though, will try to make it work with smashed bananas and maybe dates.
    Does anyone have other substitutes ideas?
