  6. If you can't get short grain rice or can't get brown short grain rice for your sushi you can mash the avocado instead of slicing it & mix it through the rice. That's what I do & it holds together well. Thanks for another awesome video Rose xx

  9. We freeze firm tofu, thaw, drain, and crumble, add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, nut yeast, and basil. Then use it for a topping on our lasagna.

  10. Tip for overstuffers of sushi rolls: if you've created a massive abomination of a roll, skip slicing it into bits and just eat it like a burrito. Unconventional, but it saves on dishes 👍😅
