  1. I made chili with tempeh once, and my meat eating family, who knew what I'd done actually said because of the consistency, that it reminded them of meat.

  2. Can you do more soy free recipes. I know you love soy products, but there are a lot of vegans that do not consume soy. Or could you give more alternatives for those that do not eat soy. I liked your video with the chickpea “tofu” maybe using that in a few recipes?

  3. Am I the only one who boils the lasagna noodles, then assemble and put it in the oven? I didn’t know you could just put them in dry 😲

  4. When I first had tofu I really did not like it. But with the help of your recipes I am loving it now. Thanks Rose.

  5. Excellent quick recipes. Maybe I’d add a bit of Daiya mozzarella to that good looking lasagna. I’ve never used oven ready noodles… will have to try that! ✔️

  6. If you can't get short grain rice or can't get brown short grain rice for your sushi you can mash the avocado instead of slicing it & mix it through the rice. That's what I do & it holds together well. Thanks for another awesome video Rose xx

  7. you're one of my favorite youtubers. always so inspiring with your recipes. has made transitioning to veganism so much easier (still eat eggs and yogurt for rn but that's just because eggs are cheap and i really love yogurt and haven't found a nondairy yogurt i like, they're also mad expensive) thank you, rose!!!

  8. I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these videos. They take away my cooking anxiety lol! Thank you so much. You a real one💯🙏🏾

  9. We freeze firm tofu, thaw, drain, and crumble, add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, nut yeast, and basil. Then use it for a topping on our lasagna.

  10. Tip for overstuffers of sushi rolls: if you've created a massive abomination of a roll, skip slicing it into bits and just eat it like a burrito. Unconventional, but it saves on dishes 👍😅

You raaawwwkkk Rose! Thanks for the recipes and the freebie.
Can you please do more canned, frozen, boxed item recipes? My hubby likes to stock up on that stuff and I have little to no imagination as far as what to cook with them. TIA and have a great day;-) Aloha from Maui**

  12. If you steam it before adding your marinade and cooking it (caitlin shoemaker's method), it has no funky taste and is delicious!!

  13. You are my favorite vegan recipe YouTuber. Every recipe I've tried of yours is always easy, doesn't need 500 random ingredients (and you give us subs for stuff) and delicious. Just wanted to say thanks Rose ♡

  14. I know you didn't ask for book recommendations, Rose, but I'm currently reading "Staying Positive in a F*cked Up World" by Ash Nayate. She's a neuropsychologist and animal rights activist.
