  11. Love love love your meal prep videos.. question…is the olive oil spray omitted from your macros? I just fried a few pieces of chicken breast in a tbsp of coconut oil. Planning to divided into (3) 3oz portions and add a 1 tsp of oil per serving to my macros… is this the correct thing to do?

    Your videos are the truth. I am experiencing a goal setting awakening right now.? Thank you! My question is: what is the best way, in your opinion, to reheat food when you have the time? Since the microwave kills nutrients- I hate reheating my food in one. Sometimes I use the stove…any other suggestions?
