  2. How do you reheat the likes of the stir fry and Frittas? Just in a microwave or do you wrap them in tin foil and use the oven ?…

  3. Hello Rachel, I'm french and I don't understand everything when you speak so fast… I am interested in the chia pudding, but there is something I didn't hear: how long and how to cook it? Or there is no coking? I make my puddings with coconut or almond milk, and I add agar agar or coconut flour, but it need heating and mixing. And what is the chai flavouring? It's a product you add into hot water to make a beverage? I don't think I can find it in France!

  4. I asked this before but didn't receive a response yet. Is there a way to print off the recipes individually? I would like the beef stir fry (although I make with chicken) as it is one of my favs and everytime I make it I have to come online to the video. I suppose I could write it out myself haha but wanted to check with you first. Thank you!

  5. Hello Rachel you are truly wonderful and so inspiring apart from being beautiful of course ')) another great video but thought I'd say this since it's good to know right. Red lentils are the yummiest of all lentils but unlike most leave one with a bloated feeling and also creates a lot of joint pains, and so do onions not joint pains but a bloated gasey feeling if eaten in plenty. I know this happenes to me all the time that I eat them so check with it and just maybe it suits you better. I was told by a homoepatic spealist that it's true , but as far as I know I did check with it over and over and noticed pain in my knees only cropping up when I ate red lentils. Isn't that weird or what! Hope this isnt taken in a negative way and in fact hopefully it will be of help to many. And as you know I'm your faithful follower watching you grow from a thousand views until now…oh baby you have come a long way Congrats & cheers! ;)) IKeep going you are just wonderful!

  6. Im new to your channel but seems like you have a lot of time to prep the food….I know we shouldn't make excuses..but when you work FT and have a young family…it becomes more of a challenge

    Can I just say that you are such an inspiration Rachel!! PCOS is really hard to deal with and I've tried everything to try and regulate my hormones. I spoke to my doctor about a Ketogenic diet and he said that is can work well for some women with PCOS but I'm lactose intolerant, so higher fat foods aren't as easy to find. Would you say that this meal prep video is a good way to start going keto? I hope you can help! 🙂

    If you have PCOS is it important to eat meat? Im going to check soon if I have that, because that would explain so much. But I haven't ate meat for over een year, only the last few weeks some salmon.

  16. There are some who just love to bring others down. Recently visited a channel and told off someone there as well. I cannot understand why folks do that, what's they beef when someone hasn't attacked nor harmed you in any way. Just plain envy and jealousy I guess and mostly women have this when it comes to another woman but why? She isnt in your life nor dating or sleeping with your man right.. So why? Keep your mouth shut since what comes from the heart is on the tongue remember that, so If you can't say something nice then DONT! Go away no one is holding a gun to your head, but you know what maybe she is so IRRESISTABLE AND SHE IS otherwise you won't comment in the negative. Silence or a nice comment won't cost you a thing. Its sad people aren't gracious or generous enough to live and let live or even to shut or remove all doubt of meaness or stupidity. Keep Going Rachel it's easier to sit behind a computer and find fault with someone rather than look deep within, and that's exactly what haters love doing.. Love all your videos.

  17. In my native country we hardly had sugar or simple carbohydrates. It wasn't till I was introduced to a western diet that I became pre- diabetic and obese. There is research supported, that sugar and high carbs make people fat and sick. If you don't agree its o.k just look around you.

  19. G'day Rachel I'd like to know about taking the onion out as I hate onion in my food and salt. Can I replace with something else or just leave out?
