  1. I make a protein (beans, lentils, tofurkey italian sausage or chicken breast in the past), one sweet potato, can of corn, can of black beans, chicken broth. Add a few tablespoons of olive oil as well for flavor. I always lose weight and don’t lose muscle mass.
