  6. as usual nice recipe ma'am.. I used to prepare khichidi by adding moong dal masoor dal, various veggies and oats.. I won't use rice.. it's very tasty.. if possible once make video on that ma'am.. it may help others too

Mam I am having a habit of munching dry yellow peas (pattani in tamil) as a snack whenever I feel hungry in between the meals.. as you mentioned in this video that soaking dhals helps in reducing phytic acid content I want to know that eating dhals without soaking is harmful? Or I should soak the dry peas and eat? Because it is locally available as a snack everywhere here like dry roasted peanuts and we usually eat it as such without soaking..so please clarify my doubt mam plz reply..
