    I'm so happy I found your channel! My husband and I have been trying to go vegan. But so far the recipes I've found are substitute this, substitute that. You use real food that we already like! We enjoy Mexican and Mediterranean dishes, and you prominently use those ingredients! Thank you thank you thank you! Subscribed to channel and newsletter!

    I love your recipes and your content on a whole. Even though I've not followed through on any particular recipe as yet, I can always reference on how to use some ingredients that I pick up along the way. I am not vegan but I eat mostly plant-based, so you really come true when I need help. I also love the fact that I can learn why I should or shouldn't eat certain things and the benefits then I can get from them. Thank you again, God bless you.

  4. These all look amazing! You said the curry could be enjoyed with naan. I’m having trouble finding vegan naan since most contain milk. Any tips/resources? It was always a favorite and I haven’t had it in quite some time

  6. This is false information there are over 15 nutrients you can't get from planets, you can only get them from meat. You can't get protein from tofu and all this other fake meats, soy also lowers your test levels.

    Just a quick note… I believe there is a typo in the PDF for the Veggie Stir Fry with Peanut Lime Dressing. It says 3 TBSP (15 ml) of peanut butter. I watched the video to clarify and saw that you used 3 TBSP. I believe that would be 45 ml. That is how I made it and it was perfect 🙂
