  3. Thank you Bobby…. Loving the KETO preps you are helping me to stay on track… I see the macros but not the recipes, could you please post them… Thank you

  4. Yeah I just got my first ever blender home!! A 50th birthday gift with money from bank of Mom. Now I can follow more of your recipes and start making smoothies. Eating healthier is do much fun with the right tools. Next on list are food processor and slow cooker.
My question of the week: is there a difference or benefit between liquid (bottle) or paste (jar) coconut oil? Difference between taste or cooking? Would you recommend one over the other? I'm currently using the jar as it was what I found in health food store.

Looks amazing!! Bobby you never disappoint!! Dessi you're awesome! Love you guys! Can't wait for the next video! 🙂

  8. I was just reading that to get the most out of chia seeds, you have to grind them a bit in a coffee grinder so your body can get the nutrition from them, just something to look into.

  9. This is a great recipe FlavCity crew. I'm going try it this weekend. But instead of sausage I'll do ground turkey with spices and a few anise seeds.

Hey, Bobby! Super nice breakfast, I love chia, too. There's always this problem of the seeds settling at the bottom into a very thick clump – is this whisking helping for that problem? Also for people who aren't watching out for carbs, is it possible to use normal flour for the biscuits?
I love how Desi is giving you tips from behind the scene 😀 It's endearing and entertaining.
