  5. I don't know how y'all can eat the same meal all week and call it "meal prep". Variety is the spice of life! My meL prep is preparing a menu for the week and creating a shopping list from that menu.

  6. Thanks for teaching me how to prep meat (letting it sit for 20 min) and to cook it on each side for 5 min without touching it. I don't burn food anymore now (lol). PLUS, thank you for showing me the trick of submerging the veggies in a strainer so that they don't mix with the ice (and are hard to pick out)!!!

  9. Hey Bobby, its me again! I want to ask you what exactly is "Greek Yogurt"? You know us bulgarians, we have our own yogurt which is probably better because its all natural from our "Lactobacillus bulgaricus". Can we use it instead? Also, you know that we aren't really financially stable with our 200 euro minimum salary here in Bulgaria, but i myself am interested in cooking a lot so im looking for good cooking equipment, yet i cant really afford the expensive ones so would you care to make a video of what types of equipment to buy, what to avoid, best options, kitchen essentials, etc? I was recently mind boggled as to what pan i should buy – aluminium, ceramic coating, normal coating, type of pan etc and though i already bought one from "Tefal" but still, im interested in knowing!
