Love these ideas! A few questions: How do you keep the avocado from browning? Also, I would love to see a prepare-ahead type of video. Would you ever recommend preparing bento boxes for the whole week on the weekend, so that you don't have to prep lunches every single day?

  2. I'm interested in the summer rolls, but I made the sping rolls from your bento e-book and I think I did something wrong with the wraps – they were thick, gelatinous, just weirdly textured and gross. Any tips for using them?

  3. I don't know why you guys in the USA like watermelon with feta cheese, but us Greeks, where feta cheese is from, never do that combination….even the thought makes my skin crawl LOL
I love those ideas so much, I will try to implement them for my work lunch in the fall. So easy! Thank you so much for sharing!

  4. I love the channel and especially the bento box combination. But oh my god, how did you manage to straighten that banana?

  5. Hey Mind Over Munch! Some of these would be a bit bland without cilantro but I'm one of the folks that thinks it tastes like dish soap! What's a good alternative?"

This video was awesome, well made, and the ideas were so creative, but these lunches are way to big for me, could you do more videos on snack boxes?

Hiii!!! I was wondering if you might do another month of bento boxes in January again? I really liked that series. Have a wonderful day!

  8. Oh God, the ad before this was for A&W and that float looked so good. Anyway, thanks again for sharing your great ideas!

It's been too long since I've had a bento lunch and this just reminds me how beautiful they can be since we eat with our eyes first! Thanks for the great ideas!

  10. I love the Mediterranean bento! Do you have any allergy friendly videos? Nut free, dairy free etc? I'd love to see some!

  11. You have the best food videos on youtube…hands down! I love the bento box videos…they give me inspiration for my daughters' lunches for school! Would you ever consider doing a bento box video, kids edition? Fun shapes, more sandwich based options with a fun, natural dessert?
    Congrats on 500k!!

  12. If you have kids then can you possibly show what they have for lunch in the morning and what they ate in the afternoon. If you can that would be awesome. Thanks!

  13. Whoever is doing your graphics is killing it!!! That drop the thing and it turns into cut pieces shot is fantastic

  14. That may be a stupid question, but I need to cook my chicken before I pull it… How is this a recipe that doesn't require cooking?

  15. holy smokes! 7 months ago you did a whole month of bento boxes! this year has flew so fast i hope your having a awesome day and i'm so craving those feta cheese mint watermelon balls, yummy.
