    First three ideas. I notice I am allergic to peanuts, don't eat salad, and am a vegan. This is what my life has came to.

  4. When my mom was pregnant with me she got type 2 deibeties and then she started to eat healthy and they went away. Recently she had really high blood sugar and so she read a bunch of books about getting rid of the die be ties and it said a bunch of stuff and from what I understand everything in her video was the real deal healthy stuff. For instance the whole grain bread. So ya.
