  1. I want to start this, I know I can do the breakfast and lunch but with dinner someone else in my family cooks and if I dont eat what they cook they get mad at me. Will it still work tho?

  2. can't do it for short time, because keto diet helps me cure from every health problem i hv. The problem i hv from this diet is…..it's make me difficult to gain weight….my height is 155 and my weight is 44 need to increase this number to 47 or 48 kg

  4. 85+ lbs lost since January 2018. A1C down from 6.6 to 5.4. All labs are within normal limits now. So yes, keto works for not only weight loss but prevented me from going on diabetes meds.

  5. Dr. Oz mentions backslide effects. Yes we’ve all done it with other diets. But you have to believe in Keto and it’s not a fad. Do it daily, believe in it and you won’t be craving the high carbs and sugar cause eventually you’ve replaced it with fat. And fat what your body was intended to burn off naturally. Sugar and Carbs need lots of workouts to burn off and when we don’t do enough, we get fat. I’ve lost 5-10lbs in a month. And drink water only.

Well I did keto for 2 months lost 20 pounds I've stayed out of keto for 4 months eating as I please never working out and I only regain 5 pounds so January I'll be back on keto maybe for a bit longer than 2 months but the regain weight it's not as bad as Dr. Oz makes it seem… Keto with Dr. Berg teach you some tricks and discipline like intermittent fasting.. I'm eating carbs now yes.. Of course lowered the fat but still doing if.

  7. Work towards OMAD IF (One Meal a Day Intermittent Fasting), folks. If I managed it, anyone can. Look up Dr Eric Berg's videos for more info.

  8. It's awkward how he is holding people’s (women) hands on his show. I don't know why youtube keeps sending me his videos, damn it I am with Dr Berg. This one has no clue what he is talking about, just stealing ideas from others and presenting it as his.

  9. Oz must be in CYA mode… Because insulin resistance is what is causing 90% of diseases and we have all been fooled…
    Smoking is the Turbo Charged method to making people insulin resistant, way faster than the carbohydrate/glucose eating method…
    Did you know that smoking/nicotine causes a spike in blood glucose, and then suppresses insulin from clearing the glucose from the blood stream… Nicotine is an instant insulin resistance maker…
    Turbo charged, hyperglycemia… Diabetes galore…
    Your not fooling anyone Ozzie. you have been wilfully keeping people sick with insulin resistance for decades…

  10. Dr Berg. He’s the go to Dr for Keto. I’m down 90lbs in 9 months and so many medical issues cured. Just my story- to each their own

  11. I appreciate that Dr. Oz is taking a cautious approach with this diet. Keto may not work for everyone but it could and may at the very least, jump start a healthier lifestyle

  13. Saturated fat is not unhealthy. (Refined) carbohydrates especially sugar is what causes disease. Our ancestors ate low carb keto since human existence. Only the last
    12 000 years our diet slowly became higher in carbs. Its all about keeping the insulin and inflammation low. Keto, carnivore diet and intermittent fasting are great ways to be mentally and physically healthy.

  16. That’s true but after I was on the low carb diet for several years I became fat adapted and cheated probably once or twice per month (fries and cake). I would not gain an ounce because I got right back on track afterwards. The same would go for a low calorie diet, once you eat over your calorie limit you may gain weight. The point is to follow a healthy eating lifestyle but we can’t forget that we are human.
