    I agree with Kate. The bread looks great and I wanna try to bake it tonight. But the quinoa flour, I never keep quinoa flour at home. Plus is so much flour you use. Please keep it to one or two flour. hehehehe Just a suggestion.

    Does the gummy texture really diminish if you let it cool completely first? I found with some of the simple-ingredient recipes where flax was used the gummy texture never went away, whether warm or cooled.

  12. I love that you make gluten free recipes for those who are sensitive! Could you perhaps share the recipes with non gluten-free substitutes? I'm an absolute novice when it comes to baking and all the different kinds of flour. I'd really appreciate it!
