  7. Any permanent diet ideas? These 7 and 14 day diets are a joke u mostly lose water weight and once u get off the diet u gain what u lost right back. Last year I had to live with my parents for 3 months (got laid off, no choice, yes I am an adult). Anyways my mom was starting the paleo diet. But not really a diet as she was going to do it permanently. It cuts out carbs and sugar.
    I can't believe how many items have high fructose corn syrup in them. Basically the worst thing u can put in your body to at all. So we got a few cook books. I took the recipes and made us all natural ketchup, mayo and mustard, as well as dressings. All without sugar. And u can use coconut and almond flour if you bake. And I am telling u. It had been a few days over a year ago I started this with her. Facebook reminded me lol… And I just started it back up again. I had more energy, and just felt overall better. You are more full in between meals. And not to be to graphic. But the first few days when you poop. With all the fiber u are taking it you push out all the toxins you have been eating and it is just crazy to see that poison coming out of you. And then you go to regular and healthy poops. I never knew what that was until this diet lol. Even things like when u made a hamburger use I think it was romaine lettuce instead of a bun. Just the big leaf lettuce at your grocery store. Use 2 pieces for the top and bottom bun. I don't even eat burgers with a bun anymore. This way is so much better. So again I highly suggest anyone try the paleo diet. And I wanted to ask you ma'am. What do you think of paleo eating? And if you people are wondering yes we did cheat sometimes. We had cheat Sunday and usually ate pizza because we love it. The key is to eat the bad things in MODERATION….. For example. If you stop drinking soda for a month. Then when you buy one in a month it tastes like you are drinking syrup…. For real just strait syrup down your throat. Also if your going to eat yogurt check the back. Don't get it if it has the corn syrup in it. And get the yogurt that has between 0 and 7 grams of sugar. The yogurt that u give your kids. That they say is healthy. Has like 30g of sugar in that small container!

  8. Carly, I drink all my water, but also drink up to 5 cups of green tea a day. You have green tea as a snack, and I tgought green tea was like 2 cals a cup. Should I stop? Thanks
