  3. Can I substitute the balsamic vinegar for something else or omit it (and it still taste good). I am not a fan of their vinegar, but the recipe sounds really good!

  5. I've never had kale before until I tried this recipe and OMG! I substituted soy sauce because I was out of vinegar but I LOVED it. I may buy kale instead of lettus from now on.

    The oatmeal one is really good .. I'm making it for the second time. Thank you so much but i have a question : Is it healthy to use silicon for baking ? I mean i keep on avoiding silicon stuff as it seems to me that it's not good !!
