  1. Does anyone else find they gain weight when eating lots of fruits? I know they are considered "healthy" but I only seem to maintain my weight eating low carb (which include most fruits!) and high protein! Anyone else have this issue??

  4. literally, the only thing i get to make at home on a daily basis is breakfast. oh, by the way, I made the happy bowl for my family and they loved it.
