  2. You can make that Brownie keto/ gluten free. Add erithynol or stevia drops. And coconut flour or nut butter instead of white flour. Perfect fat bomb. Using almond butter instead of flour in your brownies is a game changer if you want to bake gluten free. I think this meal will probably kill most people though if eaten more then once or twice a week. But it will knock your socks off

  3. Hey Bob. I have an idea for the lazy people out there.
Can you do one pot meals for your meal prep? Most times I am too busy (lazy) to make lunch so I eat leftovers for lunch. But I am sick of spaghetti and butter chicken. (this is also a lie). THe Hotdish is what the Midwest is all about. And there are lots of fun low carb tweaks of these awesome foods. Massaged Kale or Zoodle Hotdish. Or Vegetarian Meat Balls.
Are there any good one pots or casseroles that are good don't have a lot of cheese or noodles? serve these with some greens or salad and you will be the envy of your coworkers.

  4. on your Denver mug, do you have to cook it in the microwave the same day you prep it. or can you whisk it all up and then the next morning throw it in the microwave?

  5. Love your videos, you have taught me a lot, even though I have been cooking for years. You should get a canning funnel for your jars. Will make things a little easier for you.

  6. hey guess what tomorrow we are going for a one day tour and I am gonna definitely make these

  7. Just tried the brownie in a mug recipe and it was super yummy! I added some vanilla greek yogurt on top and it was definitely legit! These were such fun recipes to try. Love your videos, Bobby!

Thanks for all these great recipes!Anything in a mason jar is a winner! Therefore, I'd like to request some yogurt parfaits and gronola combos, please!

  9. You have amazing talent man! Just found your channel and I love your attitude and your skills haha. Keep up the work! Could you bring us a meal prep video that uses something like noodles? Curious to see what we can do to make a very balanced meal with that 🙂

I am new to your channel and I am enjoying every show. I am a new to meal prepping and would like to use some of our ideas. I did make the quinoa muffins last Sunday for my week of breakfast, the only problem I had was I wanted more and since I am counting calories this would of taken me over my daily goal. 🙂

  12. These are cool recipes to bring to my classes in the Loop!!! I love eggs a lot, I think it would be cool if you did a video on easy/healthy/flavorful ways to prepare eggs.

Just getting another dose of Bobby. Lol. I like your take on this idea, especially the fried rice.

  14. Love this entire grouping of preps. Thanks so much for sharing. Question: Can the Denver Omelet be stored in the frig longer if it is prepped but not cooked? Appreciate the input … and keep up the awesome videos. =)
