  1. I wanted to get away from eating all the processed, salty, and sugary foods. I love the recipes. I am now trying my umpteen diets, so I hope this one works and I can continue for the rest of my life. With this I have a great chance. It has a lot of good choices to choose from for meats to eat. It has given me good ideas of how to plan my new diet. Thank you.

    I can't eat that much, I am training but it's hard. my breakfast used to be tea and 4 crackers. I can manage an egg now, but that's about, and then 3 hours later I m starving. I counted macros and I eat 1300. How can I be a bit chubby…… shoot. I am changing slow, basically fructose free diet

    You girls are doing a great job, I like your videos! I never thought about freezing avocado for smoothies. I sometimes ends up with too many avocados on my kitchen counter. I'll know what to do with them from now on. Thank you!
