Hi the sweetcorn looks lush! Not sure if i mist you saying but how long will it last in the fridge please x

  3. Yum!! I love cucumber and kiwi as a combo. I make cucumber and kiwi smoothies, sometimes with honey dew melon, all summer long. I'll definitely be giving that salsa a try!

Also I am laughing because the grater/zester you were using looks identical to the foot file I have.

    yom they look great!
Can these salads be kept in the fridge for 2 days or stay fresh for the next day when made the night before?

  5. But these are not salsas, i think you meant different versions of maybe pico de gallo if thats possible

  6. Omg you're a creative cook after my own heart! I've been looking of ways to incorporate healthy salsa back into my diet, especially living in the South. Thank you so much!!

  7. Can you do a “learn to love” series or “healthy” asparagus recipes?! Would love that in time for grilling season! ❤️❤️❤️

Omg that cucumber kiwi salsa looks amazing! Now that is a recipe I could eat almost every morning for a different take on breakfast rather than eating oatmeal, or smoothies, breakfast bowls for breakfast all the time. Also, that grilled corn salsa would be good on a bed of arugala and spinach, then add a ranch dressing on top (or in my case a vegan ranch dressing) and avocado on top with red onion and bam you got yourself a grilled corn and green salad for lunch or eat for dinner!!

  10. Peach and pineapple salsa???? I'm now in heaven! The only fruit salsa I've tried is spicy mango salsa, but that's now being thrown out the window (metaphorically speaking because I still love it) and this is coming to the table! Thank you for these recipes! 😊

Guys, I’m confused, what is salsa? I thought it’s a Mexican spicy sauce, but here it looks like salad? Anyway I am certainly gonna give a try to those recipes, they look simple and delicious, no matter what we call them.

  13. My favorite salsa is one my mom makes that is a cantaloupe salsa! It's similar to your peach pineapple one with cilantro, jalapeno and lime but she uses cantaloupe instead and it's to die for!
