  3. Thank you for all you do! Ive started watching you a month ago. I cant say im dieting, just been mindful of what i eat and cleaning up mt menus. I love cooking so its an adventure trying to creat new menus but so far and without noticing ive lost 11 lbs.     I'll definitely try the tex-mex and cheddar-broccoli combo but I'll try to make an asian inspired one with scallions and nori and whatever else I have in the fridge. I just got vegan eggs so I'll incorporate this and some nutritional yeast for the cheesy flavour without so much fat. I can't wait to try the recipe tomorrow! I'm sure it's going to be my new breakfast staple together with oat muffin cups which I already love too.

  6. I've got ? I make green smoothies with Spinach but a little while after drinking it it irritates my stomach..and it does the same when it's in a salad. What do u suggest I do?

  7. My husband and toddler would be all over the broccoli cheese and I would be more inclined to eat the tex mex, but I would put cotija as the cheese. I would also make an Asian inspired egg muffin which might contain typical vegetarian fried rice ingredients such as peas, carrots, cabbage, tamari, rice, I'd put sprouts if I had any. Another one of my favs is spinach cheese.

  9. Hey, I just wanted to ask… You said that you stored your eggs in the fridge? Do you know how long they're good for? I've been reading online that cooked eggs and chicken aren't good after 3 days from being cooked, but I'm sure I eaten chicken at least a week after cooking it and it was still fine. Am I wrong?
