    I follow your videos and like the suggestions, although my country is miserable, and most people don't have access to all the ingredients, but the idea is always welcome and we can adapt to what we have at hand.

    The only drawback is that you Americans talk too fast, maybe it's from American culture, but the video gets heavy.

    Because cooking videos are so pleasurable and instructive, the pace of verbal expression could be a bit slower. Of course, this is just my opinion. Jundiaí-SP-Brazil.

    When you put the chicken for 5 to 10 minutes with the vegetables, in the end the chicken skin is no longer crispy!

  8. One question I have is on the Smoky Spanish Chicken Thighs is that the total cook time seems to be about 15 minutes. These are bone in, skin on chicken thighs and it worries me that might not be enough time to cook through. Even when I oven bake them at a high temperature it is still taking nearly 45 minutes.

  14. Those look scrummy, all three.  I've tried getting onto the healthy meal plans web-site a few times, but can't seem to get past like, a half-screen of logo come up and nothing else.  I'm in Australia, Are there any issues with Australia getting your meal-plans website?
