  1. One day I'll find a recipe that doesn't include garlic. Yes I know I can just leave it out but it'd be so refresing to find someone who isn't obsessed with the stuff.

  2. I'm curious, why did you first cook the quinoa for 15 minutes and then let it rest for 5… and the second time, you cooked it for 10 minutes and let it rest (with the broccoli) for 5 minutes? Why the difference in cooking time? Also, white quinoa is technically best cooked in a ratio of 1 : 1.5 … (I cup quinoa to 1.5 water/liquid). Just FYI. : )

  3. Can you substitute edamame beans for something else? I am having difficulty finding edamame beans in South Australia.

  4. can i also add tumeric? i need recipes that are anti inflammatory…no nightshade family veggies like tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, etc. tumeric is good for arthritis.

  5. Hi, thanks for the ideas but I wanted to know something, canola oil or sesame oil are quite expenseive, can I use sunflower oil instead?

  6. Just made the stir fry recipe to add to my salmon as a meal prep, had a little left over to taste and yum! Thanks for all the ideas! I'll be making the Tangy Tai recipe next! Love your videos!!
