  2. Hi Bobby – just finished my first Meal prep by following your amazing videos ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks! I have a question that I couldn't find answered anywhere else on the internet … I live with a tiny kitchen with only a couple of burners and it's simply not practical for me to own two big cast iron skillets.

    After cooking 2-3 thighs at a time, what's the best, fastest way to keep cooking the thighs in my cast iron? Seems like I can't just keep plugging along because some of the previous residue gets too burnt in, and I also don't want to do a full cast-iron clean in the middle of cooking my chicken!

  8. Thank you so much for all the work that went into this episode. For the last recipe, salmon burgers, I don't like salmon but do like it in a can and I don't like capers. What would you suggest to make this without those two ingredients. Do those kale chips stay crunchy? I have never made them

  10. I can't wait to try these! I already made one of your recipes (the shirataki noodles one), it was my 2nd time trying Konjac noodles and they were actually really really good. I remember the first time I hated them because I didn't know you have to dry them in a pan.

  16. When providing us with the macros, are you able to give sugar grams? When trying to calculate weight watchers points you need those.
